Architecture 1-2
This class is an intermediate course with an emphasis on architecture/building construction drawing. Students will use state of the art computer equipment along with the latest version of a very powerful drawing program called Chief Architect. Chief Architect is the industry standard software used today to communicate graphical information in many local and global industries. Graduates with a one to two year background using Architectural software are in high demand in the industry and those headed for college will have a serious head start using this software. Career areas that use Architecture 3D Modeling include architecture, construction, surveying, drafting, interior design, manufacturing and landscape design with new applications being created all the time. In additional to learning to draw a scaled floor plan to a home with a computer, you’ll have fun! Architecture 1 & 2 are each one trimester long.
